Fall 2025 Online Course Open for Registration
We welcome those who wish to build a strong artistic foundation, to refine their technique, and to engage seriously with the craft of classical realism.
September 22 – October 31
At our atelier, we believe that true artistry lies at the intersection of timeless tradition and modern expression. Rooted in the 19th-century heritage of the great academies of Paris, we carry forward the legacy of classical drawing and painting while reimagining its relevance for today’s world. Far from being a nostalgic practice, classical realism is a living language—one that allows us to see, interpret, and communicate the human experience with clarity, sensitivity, and depth.
We call this vision a contemporary revival of classical realism: not a mere return to the past, but a transformation of tradition into a dynamic and vibrant practice. Our studio is a place where the discipline of the masters meets the curiosity of modern creators, where rigorous training is combined with fresh artistic perspectives.
The classical tradition has always emphasized discipline of the eye and the hand. In our studio, students work through carefully sequenced studies of form, proportion, anatomy, light, and color. Repetition and accuracy are central, as they gradually refine both skill and understanding. The aim is steady improvement and a solid command of the craft. Each drawing, each brushstroke is part of a larger process that develops clarity, strength, and confidence in visual expression.
